A few things:

1) I'm in New York, but I'll write more about that when I return.

2) I bought two Annie Dillard books today. Who knows when I'll read them.

3) I starting writing my "'Open Hand' Life Goals" the other day. Here are a few on the list:
- Have one of my pictures on the cover of a vinyl
- Learn to DJ
- Write & Publish a Children’s Book
- Live in another country for over a year

4) I very much love coffee and hot tea.

5) I also very much love the illustrated work of David Sankey:

6) Prayer is always needed.

7) Music is woderful.

On that note, I think both of these songs fit two different shades of New York City:

Radiohead - Videotape (Loud Pipes Remix)
Andy Smith - Trust Me

(Get Andy's entire album for free HERE.)

Peace. - Caleb

I only have one Annie Dillard book, but I love it and I return to it frequently, although I've never finished it. Here's what's beautiful about that, I could pick up the book at any point and not be confused about where I am in the plot because she writes (incredibly beautifuly, I might add)much like a female Thoreau, great attention to detail about the world around her, but none to plot, at least in this book. I'm so glad you've picked her up - use her as an inspiration.
PS - I'm practicing piano, but to little avail so far. I need some inspiration.
